Ace69 Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement

Ace69 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "ace69") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ace69 and its users (hereinafter referred to as "members" or "you").

The following requirements must be met to open an account and place bets on ace69:

• You are of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions
• You are betting with your own funds — not borrowed money or funds belonging to others

Ace69 may request proof of age at any time — such as a National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. If a minor is found to have registered, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Daily deposits must not exceed the limit set by ace69

• Whether a bet has been successfully processed will be determined by ace69's server logs

Betting Limits: ace69 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market. Additional verification may be required for high-value bets. Placing unusually large bets on a regular basis may result in account restrictions.

Ace69 takes a firm stance against match fixing and any form of fraud. Any suspicious betting patterns detected will be subject to account investigation.

General Bonus Terms:

1. On all bonuses Wagering Requirement Applies — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted
2. You cannot activate a new bonus while another bonus is already active, unless ace69 specifically permits it
3. Not all games or markets may be eligible for bonus funds; each offer will specify the qualifying games/markets in its terms
4. Using multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent methods to claim bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings
5. Ace69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time

• Attempting to access the platform from a restricted region by concealing location via VPN or proxy
• Operating fraudulent activities using the ace69 name or logo

Inactive Account Policy: An account will be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, deducted at a rate set by ace69.

Members may request account closure at any time by emailing ace69 Support. Any pending bets or bonus conditions at the time of the request will be settled first, after which the remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

Ace69 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any losses resulting from internet disconnection or device issues
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways or banking services
• Bets missed due to unexpected technical issues or server downtime
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or security failures
• Not winning as expected from betting – betting is inherently risky
